IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Bookings are essential, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

​

We recommend booking weekends at least a week or two in advance as they fill up very fast!

​

Children must be at least 10 years of age to visit the café. We do not make exceptions.

​

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

(1 adult per 2 children) and we will ask you to show us ID to prove they are over 10. If your child is under 10, you will unfortunately be turned away and won't be entitled to a refund.

​

We only allow 6 people in every half an hour to avoid overwhelming the cats and to give you the best interactions with them when you visit.​​

​

The café is closed between 14:00 and 15:00 for siesta.

​

​

​The entry fee to visit the café is £9.00 per person for a 60 minute session, which is taken as a deposit when you make your reservation.

​

Late cancellations (under 24 hours notice) or no-shows will not be entitled to a refund of their online deposit.

​

Due to how busy we are, we can no longer extend bookings to more than 1 hour, unless we have space on the day. Feel free to ask us when you visit.
