IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

We will be closing temporarily from 22nd July. We aim to reopen in October and will announce when we have a set date.

We will be open with only a small number of cats for the first few weeks so we are changing our booking system temporarily.

We will only allow 6 people in every 1 hour with a 15 minute break in between slots so people MUST arrive on time for their booking as the door will be locked once people are in.

We will not be able to accept walk ins.

Bookings are essential, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

We recommend booking weekends at least a week or two in advance as they fill up very fast!

Children must be at least 10 years of age to visit the café. We do not make exceptions.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

(1 adult per 2 children) and we will ask you to show us ID to prove they are over 10. If your child is under 10, you will unfortunately be turned away and won't be entitled to a refund.

The café is closed between 14:00 and 15:00 for siesta.

The entry fee to visit the café is £9.00 per person for a 60 minute session, which is paid in advance upon booking.

Late cancellations (under 24 hours notice) or no-shows will not be entitled to a refund of their online deposit.

Due to how busy we are, we can no longer extend bookings to more than 1 hour, unless we have space on the day. Feel free to ask us when you visit.

Food and drinks can be purchased separately in the café.

Offers

University Student Discount: 10% discount on food/drink with valid ID.

Mental Health Services: 10% discount on service user entry fee. Accompanying support worker entry is free. Email us to book in.

Blue Light Card Discount: 10% discount on food/drink with a valid NHS Staff card or Blue Light Card.

You will receive an email as proof of booking.

Please arrive on time for your booking or we may not be able to let you in.
