Bookings are essential, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

We only allow 10 people in every 1 hour with a 15 minute break in between slots so you must arrive on time for your booking or you may lose out.
​
Our maximum group size is 6 people.
We can accommodate up to 10 people, please email us to arrange this.

Do not attempt to place multiple bookings on the same day, as this can cause technical problems.

We may accept walk-ins if we have space, but it's always best to book in.​​​

Children must be at least 12 years of age to visit the café.
We do not make exceptions.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
(1 adult per 2 children) and we will ask you to show us ID to prove they are over 12.
If your child is under 12, you will unfortunately be turned away and won't be entitled to a refund.​

The café is closed between 14:00 and 15:00 for siesta.
​

​The entry fee to visit the café is £10 at the weekend and £6 on a week day per person for a 60 minute session, which is paid in advance upon booking.
​
Late cancellations (under 24 hours notice) or no-shows will not be entitled to a refund of their online deposit.
This also applies to gift vouchers.​​
